Who we are

HOMZY LLC is a mortgage advisory and brokerage firm located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

When you contact us, use a calculator or start an application we may collect your name, phone number, email, nationality, residency and employment status, income and property details, and the figures you entered into our calculators. We also record basic technical data such as the page you submitted from and campaign parameters. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for fraud prevention — never the address itself.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, assess mortgage options, prepare applications to lenders on your behalf (only with your instruction) and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We share your information with banks and other lenders only when you ask us to proceed with an application. We use service providers for hosting and email who process data under contract. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
